Microsoft Cloud Services

All MSA staff and students have access to a Microsoft 365 account with downloadable applications. Using valid MSANET login credentials, users can access school email, store documents in the OneDrive cloud service, manage an online calendar, and compose documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint online. The powerful suite of Microsoft applications allows all MSA staff and students the ability to use the best tools for arts preparation.

How to Access Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 is accessible on any device with an internet connection. So, it is not necessary to be at the MSA campus to access services. See Services > Microsoft 365 Login in the top navigation or Microsoft 365 at the bottom left of this site.

Login to your Microsoft 365 account using your MSA email and password credentials. If you’re a student or employee and do not know your credentials, please contact the technology office for assistance.

Microsoft Office ProPlus Desktop

Along with a Microsoft 365 account, students have access to Microsoft Office ProPlus applications, downloadable to a Windows, Mac OS X or mobile device.

Simply click the button below, login, and follow all on-screen instructions. Once the software is installed, users will use their Outlook email account credentials to login and activate the ProPlus software suite.

Registration of the software is required using your Microsoft 365 email credentials. Occasionally, the software will need to connect to the internet to verify valid licensure status with Microsoft support.

Google Services

In addition to Microsoft credentials, MSA staff and students may access Google applications using an official MSA email address. Please note, MSA uses Microsoft 365 for email services. We have disabled Gmail for this purpose.

How to Access Google

Login using your MSA email address.

Your Google account password may not match your Microsoft 365 password. If you cannot login, simply choose the ‘forgot password’ feature for Google login to have a password recovery email sent to your MSA email account. From there, you can set your MSA Google account password to match your MSA Microsoft 365 account.
