Technology and Facilities Support

MSA staff members may request technology and maintenance support through the Technology and Facilities Incident Reporting System. Students who need to report a technology issue with MSA-owned equipment must contact an MSA staff member or the technology department directly.

Students with dorm room maintenance issues may be reported here. To submit service tickets, login with your Microsoft 365 email username and password. Click Here for submission instructions.

Personal equipment will not be serviced. The technology department may provide limited help when using a personal device to access the MSABROOKHAVEN wireless network, but the department cannot provide hands-on technical assistance for software or hardware issues on personal devices. The only exception is assistance with an ADA device. This rule is strictly enforced.
