The Mississippi School of the Arts (MSA) and Brookhaven High School (BHS) combined choir recently competed at the Central State Performance Assessment hosted at Ridgeland High School, sponsored by the Mississippi High School Activities Association. The group was awarded a Superior Rating in their stage and sight-reading performances which awarded them the Sweepstakes Award for their superior ratings in all categories.
These students work very hard despite being from two different schools and traveling to each other every day to create beautiful music. We applaud students of MSA and BHS for this accomplishment!
