Antonio Fini is an Italian-American dancer, choreographer, producer, and artistic director based in New York City. Over the past decade, he has produced and directed films, dance companies, and international festivals. He has performed as a principal dancer with Michael Mao Dance and has appeared as a guest artist with the Martha Graham Dance Company and Erick Hawkins Dance Company, as well as with companies including Staten Island Ballet, Boca Ballet Theatre, and the National Ballet of Kosovo.
Fini is the founder and Artistic Director of the Italian International Dance Awards in New York City and several international festivals in Italy, Albania, and Bulgaria. In 2015 he founded Fini Production, LLC, an organization dedicated to creating opportunities for performing artists. His cultural initiatives have helped connect emerging dancers and choreographers across Europe and the United States.
In recognition of his artistic contributions, Fini was granted permanent U.S. residency for artistic merit and was later named an Ambassador for Cultural Diplomacy by the Academy for Cultural Diplomacy in Vienna. Born in Villapiana, Calabria, Italy, he trained at Milan’s Centro Studi Coreografici Teatro Carcano before performing throughout Europe and the United States. He has also taught internationally and is a certified Pilates instructor and Reiki practitioner.
