Technology and Facilities Maintenance Support

MSA faculty and staff members may request technology and facilities maintenance support through the Technology and Facilities Incident Reporting System. Students who need to report a technology issue with MSA-owned equipment must contact an MSA staff member or the technology department directly.

Students with dorm room maintenance issues may be reported here. Tickets will be routed through Residence Life for first-level support.

Personal equipment will not be serviced. The technology department may provide limited help when using a personal device to access the MSABROOKHAVEN wireless network, but the department cannot provide hands-on technical assistance for software or hardware issues on personal devices. The only exception is assistance with an ADA device, absolving MSA of all liability. This rule is strictly enforced.
